What a great idea.
I really like this item. It enables you to have what I call a proper swim in a pool with restrictive room. It was easy to set up and I use it every day. The only thing that I can say that is slightly negative is that when swimming front crawl you have to place the belt lower on you waist as you can catch you hands on the cords when swimming. This is the same with backstroke. you just need to adjust your style slightly. I find front crawl best as you get a good resistance from the stretch cords. It really improves your stamina. I love this product.
