Arrived quickly (I'm a prime member), well packaged and able to use straight away. Thinner than my physio uses but still effective.

Went skiing. Have dodgy knees. YouTube video on strapping was great. Bought tape. Easy to use.Adhesion excellent. Showered all week and I didn't need to apply new tape at all.PS worked on my knees and really increased my confidence on the slopes.*****

Easy to use,works well on the parts it sticks to,but don't leave it on too long as it hurts taking it off

I’ve used different brands of KT tape and this is by far the worst. The adhesive is poor on some strips leaving you wasting a few before you get a strip that sticks as it’s supposed to.My advice, try a different brand.

I can not believe how much this bit of tape has eased the pain in my knee today. I taped myself up last night and been on my feet all day and way less pain. One tip to the men, if you are hairy, shave it as it’s started to peel off my leg and it’s uncomfortable and pulling the hairs with it too.

The tape was brought for my daughter for a wrist injury, Unfortunately, the Tape did not stick to the skin adequately for it to be of any use
