Excellent strong build quality. Very supportive. Very easy to adjust buckle.
The media could not be loaded. Summary (See video for demo):Pros:- Very strong stitching- Unique adjustable buckle, making it easy to comfortably thicken and loosen the belt. The double action makes belt more secure once tight. (See video for demo)- Stylish design- Comfortable support for deadlift, row, weighted leg raises etc- Strong metal components to reduce flex once tightened- Rounded seam to reduce rub whilst being used.Cons (reason for 4*):- Could be slightly wider to spread support over a large area of core.I have owned a few weight belts before and they have all had their pros and cons. Most were made quite poorly, being primarily leather with a thin fabric layer, however this item is quite the opposite. The nylon is tightly weaved to proved a strong structure with ,title to mono fleet once tightened. The double locking buckle reduces the stress on the velcro and therefore more supportive.I have used this for weighted leg raises and deadlifting so far and it provided more than adequate support. If I was going to be lifting heavier weights, I might want a broader belt to spread the support over a larger area, this is the only reason for the 4*.

Better belts available
This was cheap enough but it just isn’t as robust and supportive as my older, more expensive belt. Lesson learnt, it’s worth paying a bit more for a superior product.
