I have to pull the straps pretty tight in order to pull my shoulders back, but it definitely helps my posture and reminds me to keep my shoulders back even after removing it. I spend a lot of time standing up, but when seating while wearing it I do notice a definite change with better seating habits. I can wear it an hour or two under my clothing without it being too irritating, as well as over thinner tops. I will continue using it as I feel a marked improvement. It did take a couple days to get used to and feel that I'm using it correctly (pulling the straps tightly enough).

I have been concerned about my posture as I got older so wanted to try this contraption. I also thought it would be great to try along with my teenage niece after noticing that she didn’t have the best posture. It took her a while to get used to it as she claimed it was too tight but she agreed to wear it for an hour a day. Within a couple of weeks, I personally noticed that she was walking taller and her posture had improved. She also stated wearing it for longer periods of time after school and before bed. While I am sure they had something like this growing up, I wish it was more wide known. This ultimately is a great way of improving one’s confidence as a result of correcting posture. As for me, I didn’t notice much change so I will assume my posture was pretty good along. But this is a keeper.

A nice accessory to aid poor posture that can eventually lead to my upper and lower back problems. I found this brace to be physically "supportive" and a "reminder" to sit with good posture while at my desk or in the gym lifting light weights. Another benefit is to support problem with my spine- anything to support the lateral area of my spine is a plus. As for quality and durability, its held up thus far!

I like this posture corrector, but you have to be committed to using it. For the most part if you have back issues due to posture, you may want to invest in this product. You'll only end up using it if you have major issues you are trying to correct. What I've done is committed to using this when I do extended period of times working on the desk. I'll alternate it on and off. I'll also get my daughter to start using it so she can develop healthy habits. Once you become aware of your habits, you'll find that you'll just correct yourself and not use it.

It's just okay, it doesn't help as much with my posture as I was hoping. The fit is a lot looser than I was expecting, and it's hard to tighten it any more. The velcro also catches my hair quite a bit. But it was good to try out, wearing it reminds me to check my posture, even if it doesn't do much to correct it.
