Has no taste and easy to swallow.But I found the product quite expensive as you need to have quite a few in a day to have the RDA.So if you have a few members of the family using them daily / 60 tablets don’t last a week and at £12 for 60 you need deep pockets.I do agree that similar products are priced in line with this / must be a expensive commodity in the first place.Black seed does have an acquired taste, but it is much better value to have the liquid form. You get the RDA in spoonful or so (read the guidance on the liquid black seed you end up buying) and it’s much better value for money.Agreed the taste can take some time to get used to - but with time I am sure it will be like taking any other supplements and you get used to the taste.

I started taking this last yr then stopped for whatever reason the it popped up again on Amazon, I suffer with fibromyalgia and take so many pills I thought I would try I think this product helps with all types of health probs, I take for preventionAdvise people to read upon this. Wonderful natural God given product, apparently it is mentioned in the bible and Korhaan as healingThink of this product this way - it has taken years to get into the bad health that you are in, don’t expect over night miracles, it can take anything from a few week to 3 / 4 months, to see ant kind of result, if you are not prepared to take for a minimum of 3 months don’t take at all

I have been taking black seed oil for some time now and have seen an improvement in my general health, my skin, nails and hair. The last capsules were from this company and I felt the positive difference. So I thought I would move on to a stronger oil. Started taking these today and will let you know if they have made any difference to the less strong capsules. Update: I have just ordered my fourth bottle of these capsules. All I can say is I know there is a big difference in my all over general health when taking these. I certainly feel a difference if I allow myself to run out. They have a lot of health benefits. Used also for depression if needed. If you hesitating, try them for at least two months and see how you feel. Affordable, taste isn't as bad, got to have for a few weeks at least before you feel the effects of it. Great for lots of reasons, strengthen hair, stronger nails, gets rid of acne, clears your skin giving you a healthier glowing look and boosts your immune system and many more. My children and I have definitely benefitted from this in different ways. An all rounder. Must have.

I suffer from severe fatigue, I’m otherwise healthy. This stuff really works, without it I’m in bed by 8pm. Used it for several months, and on the few days I’ve missed out, I’m always severely fatigued by about day 3. After finishing my last bottle thought I’d try a different brand ... and after 3 days I’ve just purchased a new bottle of this because the other brand did nothing for me. It may be the case that the potency is greater in this rather than the other brand being poor, but now I know what works for me and I’m sticking to it.

I am very impressed with the speed at which this was posted to me! All my dealings with the company have been fantastic, but can't really comment as I've only been taking it a week, and like to give longer to see benefits. But I certainly will continue to take the Black Seed Oil!
