Bioderma Sensibio H2O Solution Micellaire 250ml

I have been using this for 6 months now and just finished my second 250ml bottle. As others have asked/contemplated; I too wondered if this product justified the cost before purchasing, especially as there are similar products on the market at a cheaper price. I cannot make a comparison as I never tried other cheaper brands and personally, having reactively sensitive skin and mild papular rosacea, I wouldn't risk the cheaper products on my skin. I work in Dermatology and the rep for Bioderma gave me some samples, this being one and the Bioderma Sensibio AR cream being the other (see seperate review). Dermatologists recommend Bioderma and now I know why. Finally i have a regime which doesn't irritate my skin and I wish I had tried this before spending out on other skin care products. This Micellar water takes off my 2 coat mascara ( WTHOUT STINGING MY EYES) and 2 lots of BB cream foundation as well as face powder and blush. I use one cotton pad (the fat square ones) . More importantly, my skin doesnt feel dry or tight after using it which wipes can do. It also is so gentle and doesnt irritate your face at all. Obviously what works for me may not for others but if you particularly have sensitive reddened skin for whatever reason then give this a go, I am sure you wont be disappointed. I also use the Bioderma sensibio BB cream as well as the Sensibio AR moisturiser - all these products in combination have calmed down my skin to the best itss been for over a year.

I have been using this for around 10months and I can say it's the best make up remover I have tried. I get a blocked tear duct every few months and since using this I have only had it once and that was because I stupidly got LVL lashes and the chemicals messed with my eye. It removes stubborn mascara, I use the benefit they're real and that's soo hard to get off. I have also used this to redo my make up if I have got it wrong. No redness and no rubbing. I will never use any other product.

I first tried this as my friend was using it, and bought a bottle for myself straight away. This is perfect for someone like me - who is too lazy to wash face properly after coming home from a night-out. Although this is really easy to use (I usually wipe my face while drinking a cup of tea before bed), it also removes makeup really well. Even when I am wearing a heavy-ish makeup - layering BB cream, foundation, face powder and blush, plus mascara and lip stick - usually one large cotton pad soaked with this would remove all of them. I have tried some liquid makeup removers in the past and they all have caused blemish afterwards, but this hasn't caused any irritation either. I usually put a light moisturiser after using this, and the next morning my skin looks perfectly fresh! When this bottle runs out I will be buying a bigger bottle.

I love this product. I have been struggling the last couple of years with psoriasis on my face and neck. Plus I also have rosacea. There are not a lot of products I can use. Even tap water irritates my skin at times. But this product is fantastic. It doesn’t burn and dry my skin out. Plus I can use it in the morning to just wipe the night away. I will definitely be purchasing again

I bought this product in an effort to find something to clean off my mascara that doesn't cost me an absolute fortune or leave my eyes red and sore. I bought a small bottle to trial and have been pleasantly surprised by just how good the product is. My mascara is gone, my lashes are clean and soft and best of all I have no red uncomfortable eyes that sting for days. Result!! I will definitely repurchase and can recommend to anyone looking to use it for the same thing as me.

My holy grail makeup remover!!! Really is excellent stuff! I've been trying out the Simple Micellar Water as a cheaper alternative and quite frankly it's absolutely crap!!! N the smell of it is truly horrendous!! The Bioderma really truly has no smell whatsoever though and is far superior at removing makeup!!! (I would say get something oil based if you wear waterproof mascara though cause this won't cut it I'm afraid) But it'll get everything else off with ease :) I use it as a first cleanse. Highly recommend :)

This product is used for cleansing the skin - taking off make up - great for sensitive skin. Worth the expense . Or can be just used as a toner after using another cleanser if preferred.

It's not bad, doesn't leave a greasy film to the face like and does actually remove your makeup. I feel more comfortable using this on the face than on the eyes, as it doesn't feel quite gentle enough for that delicate area (i prefer to use cream cleanser for my eyes). I will probably use this formula while travelling. For the price it's not bad, but not great either.
