The dosing is important and I would start small and build up. I tried the rounded teaspoon in a pint of water and found that it was quite strong. I have gastritis and found it annoyed it a little. It may be better to just make up a water bottle of the solution and sip on it and I would definitely start with half a tea spoon and build up from there. Definitely something good to have in your 'armoury' of tools against stomach/digestive disorders. It definitely reduces acid, it's a question of balancing it so that you can still digest your food. I'm using L Glucamate soultion as well which helps with processing foods and aiding efficient digestion without creating excessive acid fight back so I think a balance will be attainable.
