Can these be used to track you cats location? If so is it compatible with android? Also can this be ised withour the flap purely for tacking purposes?

They are not trackers just chips to allow you cat in the cat flap. Look up GPS trackers....

How do you link the tag to the cat flap

The information is already in the manual. You need to put the cat flap into learning mode by pressing the button with the cat icon. The display starts flashing. You need to position the cat’s head in the tunnel to learn the microchip ID. Once the cat flap detects and learns the ID flashing display turns to normal mode. Hope this helps.

Does it work with the original cat flap 001?
