Because it's full of mindless killing, maiming and bloodshed. This apparently has an adverse effect on minds below the age of 16.

Can you use tactical insertions on the multiplayer ?

Only in infected game mode not in the regular or hardcore as far as I know. Still why even bother buying a game well past it's best? I'd only pay £10 or less or better just wait for http://www.callofduty.com/uk/en/advancedwarfare and maybe I'd consider getting a different platform, PS4 etc I can't imagine the multiplayer COD ghosts community getting larger at this point so for example if you play hardcore you could find yourself without a match for a long time. Like I say unless you enjoy the single player mode I'd just give it a miss.
