I'm writing this review after 30 days of use. I will say I have been very please with the function of it. The installation was very easy. The product is very well built. I did have an issue with a leaky connection and reported it to the seller and they responded very quickly. After a few emails with pictures back and forth, they just sent me a complete new device. The shower control to the hand sprayer and shower head works fantastic. The sliding bar work great and my wife loves the easy use of both. My only negative is the main shower head does not swivel, so I just replaced it with one that does. Both heads have great option for any spray you would want and the water pressure is great. I would highly recommend this to any one.

So happy with my purchase of this product. I had a Kohler walking shower installed but it did not include a hand shower. I fell and broke my hip so I was in need of a hand shower so I could sit and spray. This handheld is great quality for the money. Cleans easily with no water spots. Substantial quality material that matched my kohler fixtures perfectly. The different spray heads on shower and handheld are powerful and there is a good choice for different sprays. So easy to use and size is generous. It was so easy to install. Took my son in law about 15 minutes. No screws into the shower wall. Everything you need to install is in the kit. Totally happy!

Installed easily on my existing showerhead pipe. My only complaint is that there is no resistance in the switch for the washdown spray on the back of the hand shower head. The switch is supposed to direct the water from the end of the wand for cleaning the shower. However, since there is no resistance in the switch, it is very easy to accidently bump it on and suddenly the water is spraying straight up. My wife has already accidently sprayed the ceiling and over the shower curtain several times. I may just superglue the switch off. Other wise, it works great.

In our search for showerhead and hand-held, there were no options at our local HW stores. Searching Amazon presented several options which all looked very similar. The value and written features made this one standout a little above others.Install was very easy. Did not have to replace main threaded tube as the shower head fit over the existing one. What did not fit was the decorative collar that serves to hide the hole were the pipe comes out of the wall. Actually, the collar did not fit the tube it came with! Scratched the coating off when I tried to force it on. Therefore, used the old one.Instructions state not to use Teflon tape, however, it was recommended by a pluming friend to use it regardless. So, I did. The bolt was a little harder to twist, yet went on. I did use a rag around the bolt for tightening so as not to scratch the bolt.The hose and handheld head were easy to attach. Since the tiles interfered with the suction cup option to hold the bar in place, it was great that an adhesive option was included. IF you are going to use the suction cup option, just unscrew the adhesive part and screw in the suction cup option. The instructions did not show this clearly.It is very new, used only twice. However, so far it works great! Love the options on the showerheads. My only issue is the order of switching from handheld to showerhead. I wish that the simultaneous option was not in between the other two since we never use both at the same time. This means we must click twice each time. Not sure how durable the switch will be since it is only plastic.

I would buy again, but would like a real brass handheld.This was easy to install, but BE SURE to use enough tape to avoid leaks. Whenever you are installing a Shower arm it’s hard to check for leaks behind the wall. My application required me to remove the old shower arm flange. If you already have a 6-8 inch arm you are good to go and would notice any leak.The system works fine and the numerous spray options for both shower heads give you enough water to accomplish a great shower experience.My reason for buying this model was the high pressure key option on the handheld. This is great for hitting the shower wall nooks and crannies with enough force to dislodge scum.

High pressure handled shower head is good use for daily. Installation is super easy with great instructions and easy.the water pressure is good and better than my old shower head. This has multiple setting for relaxing shower.

I got this to replace my basic shower head / hose. I needed this so my daughter could switch between the shower head and the hose without having to climb up on the slippery tub ledge. This one has the switch low so she can reach it. That's all I needed, and anything above that is a nice bonus.It was very easy to install. My shower stall caused an issue in that the shower wall isn't flat with the wall where the shower arm comes out. This initially prevented me from being able to install. Some advice if anyone runs into that issue - buy a shower arm swivel ball adapter. They're not expensive. The adapter basically allows you to adjust the angle of the shower arm to accommodate a non-standard installation.I love the various settings, from full stream to gentle mist. I never would have thought I'd love that setting!The only thing I didn't like was the suction cup that doesn't hold well. My old one had a lever that caused extra suction to hold it on securely. The optional adhesive adapter worked fine, and the suction wasn't so bad for me to give this any less than overall five stars for the product in general. I did give one star for suction power, since I was presented with the option. An upgraded suction cup would be a great enhancement. I would have paid extra for that.

Edit - After using for awhile, no more whistle and the 3 way valve works as it should. Updated to 5 stars. Maybe just needed to use for a bit. We love it.The quality is fantastic. Much better than expected. I gave 3 stars because the shower head and wand don't work at the same time for some reason. When switched to use both at the same time, the wand has great pressure but the shower head just tickles. We never use both at the same time so it isn't an issue as independently they both work great. Also when switching to use just the wand, there is a whistle. If you press the black button on the back a little harder the whistling stops.This happens every time you get in the shower. It is due to the high pressure black button not sealing properly when switching back and forth.
