Exactly as illustrated. I also bought the place mats, drinks coasters as a set. they were all perfect and matched. Slate has natural variation and this was a slight worry when I ordered them. They are nicely tied together with ribbon and made a beautiful gift, which was very much appreciated. They have little pads underneath which protects them and the table. They are great value as slate can be expensive.

Received a set of table mats and coasters in this slateware as a Christmas present so I bought the runner myself afterwards. I love the slate look as I think it looks really smart and modern and is multi functional. Good heat resistant properties and easy to clean then lightly oil to restore the finish.

It is a lump of Northern European sedimentary rock with some neoprene on the bottom. It does the job well but do not drop it. Clean it sparingly with sunflower oil. Looks good on oak in particular.Right as a trivet, really, which is what it is.

Just what I wanted for my new dining table. Practical, looks lovely and robust. Gift boxed if giving as a pressie. Happy with product and delivery.

Lovely quality haven't used it yet but just what I wanted will probably buy again as a present and would definitely recommend .
