Not sure what people are expecting. It’s a hat... unless you have an abnormal shaped head, it should fit fine. It’s obviously not a designer hat... it’s just a hat. May need to burn/cut some loose threads off, but no biggie, it won’t fall apart.If the hat comes all crumpled up, then that’s most likely on the delivery service, go make a complaint to amazon.The only thing I could complain about is the strap being a bit too long, I can’t see anyone needing to extend the strap all the way, but it’s not a huge deal.Decent hat, fits fine, comfortable, looks decent. I wouldn’t order this alone unless you get free delivery, but that’s just common sense.

I recently shaved my hair for charity and needed a hat to protect me from getting sunburnt and 1 for work, another hat for social life. I brought two hats one is okay it’s doesn’t fit properly and then the other one ended up having a weird substance inside and on the front of the Cap, as you can see in the photos.I would like a refund from the company.This is disturbing and disgusting!It’s good for the price and cheap but I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying it

Got this cap thinking it wouldn’t last to long, however it’s lasted well even through everyday use. Great value, great fit ( has the option to change size ) and well worth the price. Would buy again and recommend.

This item was delivered to my door very promptly. The hat is made with good-quality material, is a good size (I have a large head, but there is room to spare) and is well-shaped, with an internal stiffener in the front two panels. It is exactly what I was looking for in all respects apart from one: it has a velcro fastener, whereas I would have preferred a plastic stud or buckle fastener. I don't think the type of fastener is stated in the product information. While the velcro fastener wasn't my ideal preference, others may find it perfectly satisfactory.
