Better than expected
Better than expected for the price and ideal for pruning houseplants and has coped with a variety of stem sizes so far. Lost a star as like others have said the safety catch gets in the way and locks when pruning downwards- solution is to open secateurs, or push safety catch down and then prune- see pictures- stops them closing completely at the tip but fine further up.

It's wonderful tool!
It is the best Secateurs - Draper tool I ever had, especially for homeplants!

Useful for accurate clipping
Arrived on timeWell packedThese are very good for pruning small plants, they are sharp and the narrow blades are great for accurate cuts in tight spaces.Easily worth more than the very cheap price.

Excellent for precision pruning!
These are perfect for micro pruning where secateurs are too big. I have one issue with them though, the locking catch is a problem (either locking them closed or stopping the cutters from fully closing), this is annoying, but otherwise the pruners do their job very well.

Precision cutting and affordable
These are my go to snips. I cut a lot of flowers and these stay sharp and cut cleanly, without chewing the green stems. Recommended. I’ve tried lots and these are my favourite. They don’t last forever but are very affordable so several years constant use seems good value to me.

Handy curved blade tool for precise harvesting of herbs
I like to keep my herb plants alive for as long as possible and these precise cutters help me harvest the larger stems of parsley, coriander and basil while leaving the young shoots to grow bigger. The fine, sharp, curved blades make it easier to avoid cutting the stems I don't want to harvest. Only one small draw back is the plastic closer slides down repeatedly and stops the blades from cutting properly. If Draper fixed this small problem this tool would be perfect.

Sharp, but
They are sharp and cut well, and there is a little slide that locks them shut when not in use. However, if you are using them and they are angled pointing down, the little slide will slide down the shaft, preventing you from fulling closing and so not cutting. You have to angle them upwards to use or hold the little slide back, which is awkward.

Not the best....
Not the best. But ok for the money.
