My Second Case!
I have two of these cases now, and bought these second because I liked the first so much! The case arrives nicely packaged in a cardboard box similar to the box the Raspberry Pi arrives in itself which is a nice touch. The case itself has a nice glossy outside and clean cut-outs for the various ports and connectors as well as the Raspberry logo on the top. I've never found a problem connecting anything to the ports with the case, I use the GPIO pins on my Pi and run a ribbon cable from the pins to a breadboard mainly and find the cable fits easily through the gap in the case for the ribbon. The only slight obstruction I've had develop with my first case (but not the second) is that the micro SD card sometimes gets caught on the edge of the case. this is because the case is in 3 parts, the bottom plinth, the main case and the lid. Between the plinth and the main case sometimes when the SD card is pushed out the edge of the card is caught on the plinth. This is easily fixed by sliding a fingernail down the side of the card as it simple comes popping out.Having the lid part of the case is a very nice feature of the case as not only does it neatly hide the innards of the Pi but for me it give a small area when moving the Pi to store my sensors!I've never seen a nicer looking case out there and after buying mine I'm not convinced you find a better made one either. Though it is not the cheapest out there I think it's still very reasonably priced and can't emphasise enough the quality and practicality of this case enough!

pretty, but not designed for fixing in place
I agree with other reviewers that it is a nice looking case. However, be warned that:1) unlike some cases, the base plate does not securely hold your pi: you have to put the next part on, otherwise your pi will drop out.2) whilst the top cover comes off quite easily, it is difficult to separate the other two units - and you need to be able to turn it over and work from the bottom to do this. So, if you have used the screw-holes in the bottom part to attach the case to something, you are right out of luck if you ever want to take it off the wall! So, if you are looking for a free-standing box to hold your Pi+, this could meet your needs. If you want to mount your cased computer to something, I suggest you look elsewhere. (If you want to mount your Pi+ in this case to a board, put non-metallic bolts through the holes in the bottom part from the inside before assembling the case; a drop of glue will help stop those bolts from turning when you mount the case on a board.)

Good with two minor flaws
This is a nice little case. It looks good, is easy to snap together and houses the Raspberry Pi effectively. There are no fixings or screws - so while it's a piece of cake to assemble, the case is held together fairly weakly -- meaning that a drop onto the floor would certainly send the three constituent parts flying in different directions. This, however, is a standard feature of Pi cases, particularly in this price range. The case is clearly designed to be simple.A couple of negatives are worth mentioning. Firstly: the case is black and glossy, and while this has a certain appeal, it means that it scratches easily -- indeed, my case actually arrived in a less-than-pristine state complete with light surface swirl marks. These might buff out with a suitable polish, and can't really be seen from a distance, so do not represent a not a major issue, in my opinion. Unfortunately, the case also likes to pick up greasy fingerprints, and so when inspected closely it tends to look a bit grubby if over-handled.The final point and second negative is that the SD card slot is quite tight. I find that in order to eject the card, I need to stick a fingernail in the surrounding hole and lever the case apart by a fraction of a millimeter before proceeding to eject. It's also possible to overshoot the hole and send the card into the case when inserting it (if you're not careful).Overall I am satisfied with the case which represents good value for money, looks nice, and provides a good home for a Raspberry Pi.
