Although they helped with a blister on my heel they soon rolled down. I followed the instructions and my heel was clean and dry. The adhesive wasn't very strong though. However, it helped for half a day. Definitely only a quick fix.

Purchased to sort out a couple of areas on 2 pairs of sandals, always seems to be a problem where no matter what you do stretching them there are a couple of areas that never seem to ease , that’s where the moleskin tape comes in handy.... easy to manipulate into tight hard to reach areas which results in a more comfortable shoe. Very good if you are getting used to ,say, Dr Martens boots ( which are nearly always hard in some area, but amazing when you get past that shock) my last ones had an area on the sole that was rough to touch and in-turn caused quite a bit of pain- I didn’t even notice it trying them on but OMG I felt it after a while using them, The Moleskin tape was applied and no more of the rough stuff causing pain, it is for those moments where you decide do I need the Moleskin on my shoe or on my skin - either way is appropriate and the relief if incredible.Might seem a bit more expensive but I promise you will not be let down- your feet will thank you. You only cut what is required and can easily take it out and about with you as it’s pretty much flat and then you have the extra if you need it.So far I have had good results so it must be doing something right, head pain and foot pain are probably the worst areas to suffer- right? Well here is something that will ease your foot pain and in-turn ease your napper . I can’t concentrate when I get foot pain, can’t think when I get head pain and get really hacked off when I have purchased something that felt ok at point of sale only to find it causes me Pain!!!! Wow. Such a simple product but truly works and gives total protection against 'neq shie rub' in tender places.Bought to help bed in some new high fit desert boots.Did the trick in three days.

I bought this because I saw a hack on youtube of using mole skin to mend an area of my bra where the underwire had broken through. This product was ok at mending it but I did have to keep on replacing it. It was good for a temporary fix I guess!P.s. I bought a new bra in the end!
