Good for knee pain
I run 5-6km everyday (been on a 3 year + running streak) and these with a combination of stretching have kept knee pain at bay. Normally take 1 per day but when it creeps up, start taking 2 a day and it somehow seems to help!!

Great way to take Glucosamine & Chondroitin
I've been taking this for years due to my old knackered joints. This is easy to take and tastes okay with the added vitamin C, ginger and magnesium. I find it does help my joint flexibility and it's from a known maker. Amazon price is a lot cheaper than Boots which is a bonus. I would recommend this as a supplement with a good diet and plenty of fish oil too. I take first thing in the morning with breakfast.

Beware short dated products
I like this product and but it regularly. After I signed up for subscription purchases, my first delivery of 2 tubes of the tablets arrived. On first use I noticed the taste was different, rather bitter instead of the usual pleasant orange taste. I checked the date and found that both tubes (bought in November) were expiring January. I assume this explains the poor taste. I've cancelled the subscription and will purchase as and when required, possibly not online if product close to out of date is going to be an issue.

Worked on my creaking spine.
I had been noticing my spine cracking when bending and being a lady of a certain age I feared it could be the result of bone loss so I started taking this along with vit D spray and I have noticed a difference. They are easy to take, I put one into a 500ml bottle of water. The taste is fine and it's good to have had a reduction in my symptoms.

It sounds crazy...but
I've had a hip problem for years from severe pain to mild, however as crazy as it sounds since putting one of these in my water every night...the pain is gone!I know it sounds unbelievable but it really has worked, I'm very surprised but very pleased.They also taste pretty good.

I've been using this for over a month and haven't noticed any difference yet. I've subscribed so will keep trying. If anything changes, I'll update my review.
