Great but be warned
Excellent to use in bath for a great night sleep. Unfortunately, after opening the bag in the box, about a week later, the salts become hard. I don't keep the box anywhere near the bathroom. It is an effort to scrape enough of the salts out. If you have arthritis, please be aware of this!Smaller bags would be better but the company won't give a bulk discount.

Very relaxing
When you get to a certain age and work all day at a computer, standing or sitting, then you pick up certain aches, pains and minor injuries. This product, if used as they advise for a minimum of a 20 minute soak, is an effective muscle relaxant and treatment for the above, at least, so far as I can say from experience. Their brocher does outline the health benefits, and there is no reason to doubt those. I can honestly recommend this product. It is a good idea, also, to buy in bulk if one needs to use it frequently.

NOT individually packed per kilogram.
I have used the product from this seller for years. I normally buy the 10kg box which comes in 10individual 0ne kg packs. Sadly the 25kg version does NOT come individually packed. This is a sad drawback as cumbersome to move at that weight. I have back issues hence use of epsom salts. Trying to move a 25kg item is thus a HUGE health hazard. I would not repurchase for this reason
