Yes they do have coloured borders, just as shown in the illustration. They are very well perforated and much easier to tear off in a hurry than any other tickets I have used. We use them all the time in our Parish Club.

Q: Is this purchase definitely 10 separate colours or duplicates of colours? They need to be 10 separate for my raffle.

cant be certain as we have used some of our latest 10 books but of the remaining books there are 8 different colours so I am confident that you will be okay. We must have used these books for about 10 years, they are the best we have ever used as they rear off very easily. Hope this helps.

Yes, there are duplicates for each number. I find them good quality and I do like the coloured borders and all different colours at that.
