Only gripe is that I wish this was cheaper. It’s a great supplement to take and Amazon is pretty competitive in terms of price just for some reason Sea Buckthorn is expensive wherever you look!Tip - if you want an instant glow and plumped Skin look try the oil and leave it on clean skin for 15-20mins before wiping off. Improvement in joints
My husband has said he has noticed and improvement in that his finger joints don't seem to be as stiff and painful. I feel I have been sleeping a bit better since taking the sea buck. Will be buying again.

As a female, I initially saw the reviews on YouTube but the product was different in America, I bought it as a flgeneral vitamin supplement and to increase natural moisture in the Nether-regions and I definitely see that result. So get it if that what you were looking for too.

One of the Best Supplements I have ever tried
These Pure Sea Buckthorn Oil works. It cost more than the other brands, but so worth it. I definitely noticed the difference with my eyes. Highly recommended.
