Can these be added to purificated water,(water taken from rivers etc and filtered) and used whilst hiking?

I used these whilst hiking Mount Kilimanjaro in August, water on the mountain is all from rivers and then purified. I used them and they were great, They taste really good too!!

No. The berry flavour is caffeine-free.SiS do provide caffeine-containing electrolytes under the product name 'SiS GO Hydro + Caffeine'. (So it's clear which among their products contain caffeine and which do not).I believe the only caffeinated flavour they produce at the moment is Cola

Good product

Wish I’d discovered these sooner

These have been a lifesaver the past couple of weekends in 28+ heat. The days are really long, but having a couple of these throughout the day have stopped me getting cramps when I get home at night and I find I don’t need to drink nearly as much water as I usually do during the days work. A couple of crew I work with were struggling with the heat so I got them to try them too and they both said what a difference they made so they deserve 5 stars for having a 100% effectiveness. They taste okay, not amazing, so try and use them in chilled water if you can.

Great for energy

I love these, I have one every morning to rehydrate & set me up for the day. They do give me a boost of energy & make me feel ready for the day. I’m going to order more of the different flavours, the berry ones are lovely!

Better than powder if you know what I mean.

Only taken one so far. Normally use the powdered version but this does not leave my kitchen looking like I had a party with that bear. Not sure on the flavour though but it is bearable, I am tight and they were the cheapest flavour.
