Q: What firmware does the printer use?

The pre-installed firmware is marlin. Don't remember which version it came with as I have modified my hardware and upgraded the firmware to mtch.

Q: Can you print two colours without changing filament in on print?

It's a single extruder printer so the answer is no. It can print one filament at a time.

Q: Can you print two models at the same time?

Yes CURA can load 2 or more models at the same time. If you mean does it have 2 independent heads then no. IMO dual independent heads are a gimmick and an unnecessary complexity.

Q: Is this dual extrusion?

There are 2 versions available through Amazon, the 1 that your referencing is eligible for prime but is a single extruder, but you can buy and fit your own dual extruder as mentioned by the others, the other version which is not prime eligible and is slightly more expensive has dual extruder as an option but the impression i've gotten is it's not very good. Hope this helps
