Excellent chia seeds! Just -1 star for packaging. 1 had a slit, only arrived half full. (Opened the packaging with my hands no knives used) Product itself is great and very competitively priced. Would recommend. Hopefully this is just a 1 off.

They're chia seeds, not much more to say
They don't have an overly strong taste (which I like) just stick a spoonful in a smoothie or cereal and you're good to go. Tons of health benefits and they're pretty cheap considering the amount you get so just buy them, I promise you, you're not getting enough fibre in your diet, give your intestines and your toilet a break and get yourself some chia seeds, you'll thank me later
