I bought one and my brother did as well. Both cameras were installed in adjoining rooms in my apartment separated by a wall. My camera DID have connectivity issues at first. The issue here was the scanning QR to my cell phone had a stubborn connectivity problem. You need to repeat the procedure (it will eventually accept the connection I tried about 10 times and my brother tried a number of times as well before the QR code was accepted to the phone. We let it operate for a few days to see if it remains in good operation. It has and is now in good working order taking great pics. My brother's spy/cam/clock (exact same model mind you) worked perfectly from day one and was an EASY 3 minute install. Overall this spy/cam/clock is VERY GOOD for its purpose and just looks like a regular small clock but then does its job with great surveillance. (Pics are VERY CLEAR even at night but perhaps too many using medium or high settings...I have both now set at the 'low setting' to cut down on extraneous pics.) I have both of them working now for a couple months and do like their performance. Buy it!

My mistake was not paying attention to previous reviews. This is a nice looking product but I still could not get it connected after at least ten attempts. Is this something you want to mess with? I’m sitting next to my router and is kept telling me the device could not connect.These products should not have an installation issue. I charged the battery overnight and still did not have any luck. The company must know about this problem and needs to find a way to rectify this issue.I returned the product and purchased another product but all of the reviews said installation was quick and easy. Read your reviews!!!!

I had difficulties connecting it to my Internet, and then the on an off button, which is very tiny behind the flap bro, so I’m having difficulties now, even turning it on, but the idea itself is great the camera itself I do not know simply because I cannot connect it

There is a guide to the setup on youtube and it is named in the directions on the cover page. Without this I don't think I would have been able to set them up! Works great!!

The set up to connect took over an hour.. and it wouldn’t stay connected.. it would’ve been the perfect set up if it wasn’t for the crappy set up. You literally cannot tell it’s a hidden camera

Very happy with the size of the clock, it looks great, I was nervous it was to be a eyesore but not at all. Very happy with it!

I've been using this product for a while now and I've had no problems at all, easy to setup and it works as advertised, it's perfect if you need a hidden camera.
