Actually really good
So like many people. I've tried cooking rice in a pan and failed miserably on many occasions. So I chose to buy this in hopes it would solve my problem. I'm very pleased to say it has. This rice cooker is brilliant and is so good for the price. You can easily cook rice for a family with this and its so convenient to just be able to leave alone to cook the rice while you prepare other parts of the meal. Not to mention you can add other things to the rice like peppers, onions ect which is really good. Definitely buy this, it's convenient, good quality and gets the job done. 10/10

Cheep cheerful and does what I need
Bought this, because I really suck at cooking rice that isn’t in a bag or frozen. So thought I would try a cooker. This is actually a nice size, as I have a very small kitchen and little storage, so I love the compact size. (I also store everything that came with it inside it, again space saving!)I’ve only cooked enough rice for 3 people, (using the cup that comes with it, that is smaller than a normal cup size, but it twice the size of the recommended amount on my rice packet) but the supplied cup does more then enough rice for one person!Mess?... So far when cooking, a lot of water bubbles out of the hole in the lid, which does get everywhere and is a bit messy, I just rest a small cup over the hole leaving it propped up on the edge so it can breath, but this mess is easily cleaned up with a cloth.Burned rice at bottom? I’m still getting used to it, but it is sticking a bit but not burning, and because it’s non stick, it soaks out quick enough. So far. I’m very happy with this cooker.EDIT: To give it 5 stars! had it almost 2 years, use it at least once a month if more, still working just fine, he's a little dented, but the non stick is still intact, and still a very nice little gadget, I love it to bits! <3

Amazing rice cooker, and super affordable!
I love the look of this rice cooker, super simple looking. It's a nice size, not too big, and it easily cooks more than enough rice for a family meal. The rice is cooked perfectly every time. If, like me, you have a smaller fridge, the bowl size is great for just chucking into the fridge after covering it (saves on washing up!) for leftovers. The inside surface of the bowl is completely smooth throughout - I find this perfect because, in comparison to the Reishunger bowl which has a bottom with many small convex dimples, the smooth bottom makes it easier to clean. I assume on the Reishunger, they're there to make it less likely to stick, but unfortunately that is definitely not the case, as there is always a bit of residue in the end, and simply makes it harder to clean off old cooked rice. The price of this thing is perfect. 100% worth the money. If this ever breaks, I'll be buying this one again.

Rice sticks to the bottom every time
Rice is cooked well. However, it gets stuck to the bottom every single time. The amount of water that I add is fine. I've tried oiling the pan before every use. Nothing works.
