It has done quit charging my sons controllers after a couple weeks

It's nice to be able to charge my controllers, but the headset is a whole different story.If the headset is on, it will charge to full battery, then stop charging and slowly lose battery.It also seems that, if you let the headset die, it will do the same thing.It also has no difference on it's lights from "unconnected," and "full battery."UPDATE: I have found that I can remove the headset from the charger and replace it to get it to keep charging. You'll want to turn off your headset whenever you're done, but this should at least do the job.It's also much easier to use this than to keep replacing the batteries on your controllersOverall, it's an okay product, but it might be worth it to invest in something better.

Very innovative and creative charging method. It works great

This was good for the price and charges the controllers great but it will not charge the headset. I mainly wanted it so that I did not have to keep replacing batteries so that is fine but a little disappointing that we need to plug in and charge the headpiece separately.

I like how you can charge the headset and controllers at the same time and that it is magnetic and ease to use. You do have to take the headstrap off to charge the headset. Highly recommend.

This charging stand works pretty well despite a few flaws in consideration of different head straps for the Quest 2. It doesn't come with a wall adapter so you'll need one for it and the standard one that comes with the Quest should work fine though may be a little slower now that's it's charging the controllers. The rechargeable batteries and replacement battery covers are fairly easy to install though sometimes the magnetic USB adapter doesn't like to stay inside the battery so give it a nice push. Same for the one that goes into the headset. An included adhesive would help but it's a fairly trivial problem.Other than that it does what it's supposed to do. The only real issue I've had is if your using anything heavier than the stock headstrap it will not stay in the charging cradle because there's nothing to support the weight of the head strap. I fixed mine by placing the charger close to my wall so the wall holds the strap in place but something like a pad under the strap would work too. Adding just a little bit of extra padding to the back of the charging stand to help with this would have been nice but it's not an untenable problem. Just requires a little ingenuity to fix.
