Not natural at all, anti caking agents + bulking agents..sad
I was expecting a lot from this product but unfortunately, the ingredients mixed with it are really bad! This is not natural at all.The product is full of bulking agents like Di-Calcium Phosphate, Cellulose, Maize Starch and anti-caking agent(magnesium stearate), this is very sad and I have stopped taking them when I noticed that 2 days later.

Not good ginseng
These are tiny dry tablets of horribly over-processed ginseng. They are NOT CAPSULES. It completely lacks the power of good ginseng - even the Holland and Barrett Korean Ginseng capsules are way stronger in effect. I think it is the over-extraction (50:1) compared to normal extraction in capsules that is about 10:1.. it seems like in the process of over-extraction other ginseng plant compounds have been lost. Also, there is a distinct chemical edge to the taste that is not present in most other more whole-root products.

Pretty good at improving libido, for me at least. The usual medical advice is to take it for a while then take a break before recommencing. One side effect is the reducing effect on blood pressure which is a disadvantage in my case although not for many others.

to bitter for me and I find my former product more efficient so I went back to it. In fact for equivalent dosage I needed to take more so not really cheaper at all in the end.

Unusual packaging, easy fit through the letterbox
Not sure about the pouch packaging - on the plus side the package fitted easily through the letterbox, on the minus side it's harder to store neatly than a bottle or tub. Quality seems good although I only just started taking ginseng so I don't know what the longterm impacts will be.
