Excellent quality
This is an excellent quality backpack, with straps that pack away and a handle on the side, and plenty of secure compartments with sturdy zips. Returned only because I realised that a suitcase that I already had would do the job for my trip; if I had intended to go backpacking with a backpack, I 100% would have kept this. My only gripe would be that the laptop holder isn't detachable, as I personally wouldn't have needed one and it takes up what I considered to be valuable packing space. Expensive but worth the money, though because I never actually used it I can't speak to how it holds up once it's been used a bit.

Fabulous rucksack!
After much research, and seeing many many great reviews of this bag by various vloggers, I decided to go with this rucksack for longer trips. What I love:- The opening - it’s so easy to pack and to find everything- The adjustable back (I’m 5,3” so other packs can be too big)- The inner lining has great contrast (and is a lovely colour) to help find everything- Straps are super comfortable- The straps can be easily packed away so it’s used as a hold-all- The laptop sleeve- The mesh pocket is great for separating things from the main section. What I’d improve:- The front pocket has limited usefulness if the bag is full- I’d like a water bottle holder on one side.As the main section is just one big space, I would recommend using packing cubes with this rucksack.Really happy with this purchase.

Most comfortable backpack I have ever had
I travel a lot and bought this bag on the recommendation of a friend. I can safely and easily confirm that this is the most comfortable backpack I have ever had. It's sturdy, it's breathable, it's a stunning colour. My only issue was that the laptop holder was at the very back and felt like you couldn't easily reach through to grab it without having to move everything else around/out of it. Brilliant bag, will definitely be looking at other models from this brand because I am sold on the quality they offer.

Extremely comfortable
Bought to use when travelling on holiday by train/bus. Feels very robust, can easily pack a weeks worth of clothing etc inside. Handy pockets, really like the way you can stow away the back straps and it becomes a cabin bag. Extremely comfortable to wear especially with the adjustable height frame too. Only downsides are the toiletries section at the top is quite small, and I wish the laptop sleeve was removable as I don’t personally need one and it’s taking up what, for me, is packing space.

Great backpack
Loved this bag for my 18-day trip to Thailand. It’s very spacious and I could fit a lot in with packing cubes. The inner and outer clips are great for compressing everything and keeping if secure, and the outer clips are handy for attaching things - I used them for my trainers and sandals along the way. I liked the back zip - although it’s a very slip pocket it’s handy for if you forget to put something in the bag and you’ve already zipped it all up! I loved that the bag zips open all the way around rather from the top - far easier to access things and live out your bag if you’re backpacking from hostel to hostel and can’t unpack everything. An excellent bag and in my opinion worth the money I paid (bought when on sale).
