Better than having nothing in the wide neck bottle.

Arrived yesterday and was put to use immediately with todays smoothie. I have used Nalgene wide-mouth containers for about 10 years now and can vouch for their durability. I use them on a daily basis. Finding the drink spout inlay makes the drinking affair from a wide-mouth so much easier that it’s difficult to describe. Easy to remove, weighs maybe .5 of a gram and easy to rinse. It fits snug a fraction below the edge of the bottle rim. I’m glad I found it and will probably get one for each of my bottles now.

I ordered for a 1.5l bottle and it fits in but not most secure, holds the water but very easy to push in, could do with a small hole on the other side to help reduce the stop start but great prody and better than having the whole wide mouth

I love my Nalgene bottle, it's been everywhere with me, it's even a hot water bottle when my OH gets cold while camping but it has one small problem and that is that the width of the bottle neck is wider than my mouth, often causing me to chuck water all over the show. This little plug solves the issue, bringing the amount of water that can get out into a more manageable amount. I wish I'd bought this years ago.

...it doesn't fit.I bought one for my metal wide-mouth bottle, as I had one in my plastic, every day bottle. The Easy Sipper is too big to fit the metal bottles and you can't use it and fit the lid.

This lid works but, to be honest, I am incredibly disappointed with the design of this in conjunction with the Nalgene Wide Mouhth Bottle. I tend to put fruit or vegetables in my water to give it a bit of flavor, but the wide hole here still either lets some through, or allows the bits to plug it up. Additionally, the lit 'rests' lightly in the neck of the bottle. Nudge it too much and it will fall in.My wife has a similar product made by Karrimor, and that one has a plastic mesh in the opening to prevent things from coming through,the bottle is designed with a small lip inside the neck to fit the sipper, AND the sipper came with it in the first place, not as a separate piece, all for less than I paid for the Nalgene bottle itself, let alone this Easy Sipper.If you already own the Nalgene bottle, this is your best bet. But, if not, look around, as you can find bottles that come with a better sipper included.
