This is an amazing product one for helping you vitamin D levels which if you suffer from seasonal depression is great! Plus it helps with immunity. Paired with the K2 helps tremendously with certain cardiac conditions! Plus if you look there is 2x the amount of k2 that is in many products like this 👌🏼

I have taken Vit D and K2 for many years. This combo is very important because the K2 helps with absorption. They are an important part of my daily supplement routine to support bone health etc. I also take magnesium in the evening. I recommend you do your research on the importance of these minerals. These vitamins are good but but one concern is that Vit D is an oil based vitamin and is better absorbed when taken with oil or fat. I usually opt for a Vit D in a gel cap. I would take this one with a meal, piece of cheese, etc for better absorption.

Serving size is only one capsule, which I like all ingredients included in one easy to swallow capsule, with no aftertaste.I take these after eating lunch and feel this gives me a little energy boost to get through the afternoon slump. I typically take both Vitamin D3 and K2 in separate liquid gel capsules daily. It was strange to find that these are also also available in powdered form. I'm hoping bioavailability of powder form is all the same as liquid. The supplement itself should be fine, however the markup for the convenience of just having both in one pill.. is well quite a lot. I can get both for much less and it would last significantly longer. I don't believe the convenience of taking only 1 pill is worth it.

Only problem is that the bottle is half full, and the price is very high. For 30 dollars, at least fill the bottle up. Capsules are a dollar each, that is too much.
