Greener better coffee drinking :)
I bought these for my mother as she used the non recyclable caps. Quite frankly the coffee in these caps is very poor in flavour!....I grind my own locally roasted coffee beans and now my mother can enjoy the very same in a reusable environmentally friendly cap. Win Win!

Poor results
Not great. Tends to not pass the full flavour through. Also my machine dents these, but is ok with the single use capsules. Have stopped using these already

These make barely coffee-flavoured hot water
Not a fan of these at all. I have a Magimix Nespresso U so it should be a supported model for these. I have tried a few different methods - filling one scoop of ground coffee and tamping it, filling the pod up full and tamping it, filling the pod up but not tamping it, filling up with one scoop and tamping it - whatever I've done, it doesn't work. I get very weak, watery coffee. If I use the machine with a disposable capsule, it works fine. Very disappointed with these, I wouldn't recommend.

Great coffee pods
After reading a mixed bag of reviews, some really good and some really bad, I did not know what to expect so I bought them with an open mind,The coffee I had in the house was not the best quality so but it is fairly strong when made in the filter machine, though I do use generous scoops.I was not expecting much with the coffee I had.I filled using the scoop that came with the pods, after filling I tamped down with the scoop, added a little more coffee and tamped again. I then carefully brushed off excessive coffee powder from around the edge before closing the lid.The pod fits nicely in my nesspresso machine and ejects nicely without sticking.I set my machine for an esspresso.I was surprised how good the coffee was, the flavour was strong enough, though if I had poured a lungo it would have been weaker. The crema was not the best but it was good.I did not see any grounds or bits in my cup that some of the reviewers seem to have experienced.I will buy a better quality coffee with a stronger flavour in future.I will no longer be limited to just the coffee's offered by the nespresso sellers.Emptying and cleaning was easy, just pour out the used grounds and rinse under the tap, use the brush for any grounds that stick in the filter in the lid.The used grounds can be put into the compost bin too.All in all I am happy with these refillable pods,I received 2 packs with 3 pods 1 scoop and 1 cleaning brush in each pack.

The idea of a refillable pod is great but in reality it doesn’t match up to the pods you but in the shop. The process is a little messy as you would expect with ground coffee, there isn’t anything included to tamper so the underside of the measuring spoon works rather well. The coffee process has so many variables that it’s hard to judge just the pods, I got better results when I filled the pod to the brim with coffee. When using the measurement I got really weak and horrible coffee...One side note, the pods can get stuck in the machine requiring a little extra help to get released after use

Just the job
This review is for the Nespresso-compatible pods. I have been looking at the reviews for these refillable coffee pods for as long as I have owned a Nespresso machine - about 2 years. The 100% reviews for these were the clincher for me. I have just received them and they are great, easy to use, great coffee and whilst a wee bit fiddly to clean thoroughly (the grains get stuck in the lid a bit - a brush is provided to help with that), the savings in cash and planetary resources make that worthwhile. According to my calculation, they use 3 grams of coffee, so a 250g bag will make 83 pods. So (if my arithmetic is correct) if you pay £3 for a bag of coffee, that's .036 pence (less than 4p) per pod, compared with around the very cheapest pods at 10 pence (Poundland) and 17pence (Lidl) and this way you can use any coffee you like - even an expensive blend will be relatively cheap. They are guaranteed for 18 months, too, so I know how long they will last. Highly recommended.

Hard to get a strong coffee.
Disappointed. Trying to get a decent amount of strength is challenging. You either get a weak coffee or end up putting too much coffee in and the machine struggles to push the water through. Cleaning them is also fiddly. You definitely need to get a tamper to compress the coffee.

Works really well.
I was a little worried about purchasing this product with reading some of the reviews online but it really does work well, firstly I tried packing the coffee in tight like other reviews said but this just caused the coffee machine to struggle with any hot water output, second attempt i tried just packing the coffee down lightly and adding just a bit more and this worked a treat.I used a strong coffee as I was worried about it coming out weak but it was totally fine and came out with a really strong tasting coffee.I would recommend this product if you don't mind a little bit of hassle cleaning and refilling the pods compared to disposable types.
