Alfheim Nonslip Rubber Backing Front Seat Cover with Anchor and an Adjustable Pet Dog Car Seat, Black, One Size

I needed something clean and neat to keep my my seat clean during my commute home from work where I can get a bit scruffy. This took seconds to fit and looks really well made and doesn't have excess cover sticking out all over and stays in place really well due to the design. Only time will tell just how durable the retaining clips and straps are, but it looks great and will save my seats quite nicely.

Fits my Nissan Juke drivers seat perfectly. Good quality, thick material, not like the nasty, cheap polyester crinkly covers that are out there.

This fits OK on the front seat of my Landrover Freelander. The seat is slightly wider than the cover, so the skirt sits a little awkwardly around the edges, which is OK but I have to tuck it in carefully so it doesn't interfere with the seat belt socket. The fittings are very adjustable to fit most sizes and shapes of seat, with straps around the headrest and body of the seat. There is a roll-bar which you push between the horizontal and vertical parts of the seat, which effectively holds the cover in place when you sit on it. The dog seems quite comfortable on this, and doesn't slide like she does on the (fake-leather) seat without a cover. The skirt protects the sides of the seat base - I'm going to make my daughter sit on this when she gets in the car with muddy boots as she often leaves muddy marks under the edge of the seat.The material is a little flimsy, which is why I'm only giving 4 stars - I'm not sure it will last long, and it's probably doomed if the dog starts scratching or chewing at it. However, it looks smart enough, and stays in place reasonably well, and would probably be a better fit on a normal sized car seat.The spare seat belt strap for the dog is handy (should be used with a harness - please don't be tempted to attach it to your dog's collar and risk breaking their neck in an accident.)

I purchased this as I have a Staffie, she is a great dog and loves nothing more than a ride in the car, but like most dogs she doesn’t care about keeping the seats clean when she gets dirty paws, so I usually just used a blanket and a dog seat belt, until I saw this that is, it had great reviews so I had to buy one.The Alfheim dog car seat cover fits the front seat of my Ford Kugar and any of the seats in my wife’s Seat Alhambra perfectly. Easy to fit and easy to clean. Hoovers of great. The strap broke on my driver side that goes around the seat,the passengers of fine. Could have just been me incorrectly fitting it, but who can be bothered to send it back. To much hassle. Other then that great it’s a seat cover!

Great price and well made, also arrived quickly. I needed a smart looking cover for my front seat as my little dog loves to ride with me and yes she does wear a proper harness and is clipped into the seatbelt ;-) As the car is new I did not want muddy paws or dog hair all over the seat, in addition I did not want something that looked out of place. This item fitted my needs perfectly, it fitted my seat really well and the sewn in skirt around the base keeps everything looking tidy. It has a fully adjustable quick connecting strap that fits around your head-rest and a small length of plastic tube on a cord attached at the point the cover shape changes from seat base to upright back, if this is pushed through the gap between the cars seat base and the tilting back (most cars are like this) it will keep the seat cover tightly into shape with the profile of the car seat and is usuall hiden on the rear passenger side by the seat pocket.The outside quilting looks good and durable and unlikely to get damaged by sharp claws, the backing is also waterproof so no damp seats so long a sthe dog has not just come from a swim. This product looks well made and easy to clean if required, maybe the best one I have seen so far and cheap enough.
