Even 2nd hand, the genuine Nikon MB-D10 grips are not cheap. Even if you find a good condition Nikon grip, you probably only get the AA battery tray, or the en-el3e battery tray but not both. Why bother going pre-owned, when you can get this DSTE grip , complete with all battery trays AND 2 additional 3rd party en-el3e batteries. Looks identical to the genuine thing & fits the camera body beautifully. It does not look nasty or cheap. in fact it is a well made item.Worth every penny.

Excellent package for the money. Well made accessory. Would only recommend if like me you like your camera to feel substantial rather than lightweight.

Excellent value for money and so much cheaper than the Nikon version.Works a treat and seems reasonable quality for the money, also having the two replacement batteries is an added bonus.

Excellent product which fits my Nikon D300s perfectly. It also included a EN-EL4 end cover free (but if you use one the specific charger is not cheap). The EN-EL3E batteries are higher capacity than the original nikon branded ones but work extremely well.OK the grip is not made of magnesium like the original £250 Nikon version but the finish is an exact match so no one would be able to tell and you are only paying 15% of the original's price.I am extremely happy with this grip and battery package.

You couldn’t buy a second hand genuine Nikon battery grip for this price.If I encounter any problems I’ll edit this review.I will give it 4 stars the plastic is decent enough on the item but not exceptional

My Nikon D700 is quite old now (best part of 10 year old as this review was being written), but still one of my go-to cameras for many occasions. So I thought I'd treat it to a battery grip. Looked at the Nikon ones and even used, still quite pricey. Found this grip and its two Nikon clone batteries after a search. The grip itself is well made, fits my D700 as good as a Nikon one would and works perfectly. Two battery trays are included, one for some AA batteries and one for two EN-EL3E batteries (included). I wasn't holding out much hope for the batteries as it was the grip I wanted, the batteries were a bonus: but to be honest having used them, despite my reservations about cloned batteries, they're fine and their charge lasts well. So happy on that front as well. All-in-all a good buy.

Although probably not as robust as the Nikon branded battery grip, it fits perfectly and does what it is supposed to do without any problems at a fraction of the cost of the Nikon version.

Got this for my D700 and it is perfect. I had another one for my D300 a while ago, from Apurture, but apart from the brand name they seem to be identical. It is made of high quality plastic and it feels quite solid, the rubbers are good, it attaches to the camera perfectly and the batteries hold their charge very well. Unless you need weather sealing or your battery grip has to have Nikon written on it I don't see any reason for paying the price for the genuine MB-D10 unit.

Ich schätze Qualität und das Original ist für mich immer noch der Maßstab! Zugegeben, dieser Akkugriff hat gegenüber den Nikon MB-D10 weniger Metall verbaut. Dies spart aber auch Gewicht und was die Verarbeitung angeht ist diese erstaunlich gut. Optisch ist kein Unterschied auszumachen, ich besitze auch den Nikon-Griff.Mir ist ein neuer Fremd-Akkugriff lieber als ein "ausgelutschter" gebrauchter Originalgriff, denn auch die Einstellräder und der Auslöser sind letztendlich Verschleißteile. Wenn man den Preis betrachtet ist das Angebot unschlagbar. Zwei Akkus, drei Adapter für verschiedene Akkus und Batterien, und der Griff kosten weniger als ein Original-Akku. Selbst wenn sich der Griff zerlegen sollte, was ich kaum glaube, hätte man gegenüber den Original so viel gespart um sich weitere 6 Griffe dieses Typs zu kaufen wobei die Akkus noch oben drauf kommen. Also, meine absolute Empfehlung, besonders für gebrauchte Kameras bei denen der Original-Griff schon mehr kostet als die Kamera!
