They work well and last long enough.

I had these balls for probably two weeks before one of them broke. It feel out of my hand and hit the ground like juggling balls do all the time and it stopped working. The next ball stopped working after about another three days and now only one still works. Glow up juggling balls should be able to hit the ground an survive. That's part of juggling if your pushing your craft forward.

These were cool until the lights in one ball stopped working barely two months after purchase.UPDATE: Change from 2 stars to 4 stars. The company sent a replacement set of working juggling balls. I appreciate that.

To my wife's chagrin, I have a terrible habit of playing with my balls in public. These are not helping.I need to point out that these balls are designed for the juggling professional. They are NOT for beginners! I'm not saying beginners can't play with them - these are not training balls. They are very smooth, so there's not much grip. They are a bit on the large side (about the size of baseballs), making them difficult to palm.* They are also made of plastic. I would highly recommend juggling these over carpeted areas inside or on grass outside. I feel that if they landed on concrete or other hard surfaces, they would potentially crack, or certainly mess up the circuitry. Bounce juggling is positively out of the question - this is the primary cause for 4/5 stars on durability.These LED balls are very bright! You can see the colors visibly in the dark or in full light! When it is dark, you will notice what I believe are transparent beanbag material. I assume these are there to weigh down the balls for juggling. The displacement of this material can interfere with a ball's projection, so that is another downer for the novice.When I pulled these out, I tried to slide the switch. It is turned on by pressing down the switch for about 2 seconds. It is turned off the same way. This part is ideal.When turning these on, they go into multicolor mode - flashing between SEVERAL colors! When juggling in the dark, this mode produces the best trails! The balls almost seem to sync together, if you can keep them in this mode.Pressing the button without holding will cycle through the various colors. The first colors are primary colors, then it goes into a varied palette of fun! That said, this is also the biggest design flaw of these balls. Because no delay is required to cycle through colors, if your palm impacts the button while juggling, it will change color. The pro CAN potentially utilize this flaw. Once you know where it is, you could purposefully change it while juggling, which would step up a performance in a big way! Still, it's too easy to hit it accidentally, which can be frustrating.Overall, these are well-priced light-up juggling balls. They will absolutely draw attention, and they look spectacular - regardless of the color mode!* I had originally stated that these were approximately the size of softballs, which I felt in hindsight was inaccurate. These are closer to baseballs. Tennis ball or Tee ball sized are ideal for beginners to palm two in one hand, for the average-sized adult hand.

I would not call them soft, they hit the hardwood floor hard so I have my grandson juggle them over the gymnastics mat until he gets good at juggling. The description states that the outer shell is made of rubber and synthetic resin. If you squeeze the ball it has very very little give, the online picture of a ball being squeezed is interesting because it would take a hard hard squeeze to get the ball to indent like that. It takes about 90 minutes to get a full charge which is good considering the one USB is hooked to three micro connections. It says these are for ages 3 years and up. I would not give them to a child under the age of 9. It states there are 30 color and light modes but it is hard to keep track of the changing colors. These are definitely not for beginners and I wonder if an experienced juggler could work with these as we have professional juggling balls and they are totally different from this set. Anyone would enjoy the light show the balls put on but I say a hard no to juggling. These balls are more likely to spend more time hitting the floor than staying in the air and I wonder how long the LED light mechanism will last with constant force. I would not order these again unless you are looking for balls that light up while sitting.

The media could not be loaded.  I'm a Clown that sometimes performs at Charity Events and am always on the lookout for new toys.Last year, at an outdoor evening Christmas Event, I saw someone using light up juggling balls and knew I needed some!This is a nice set. They have a good weight to them and a smooth surface. It includes a USB cord that spiders to 3 plug ins so that you can charge all 3 balls at once (see photo). You can set them to a steady color or blinking.Great gift for jugglers and aspiring jugglers. I believe the element of fun introduced with them lighting up/blinking will actually be an added incentive to practice. There are no instructions included, but you can find many juggling how-to videos on YouTube. I'm very happy with these juggling balls and am anxious to perform with them.

Tired of these bull**** listings on Amazon. The balls DO NOT strobe and DO NOT have fade. There is literally one color changing mode that is slow NOT A STROBE and other than that you can choose individual colors. BORING
