I love this. It's the best tasting fibre drink I've ever found. I found out about this from a YouTube video of Jack Black and he was going about his daily routine and explained that he has this daily and how amazing it was and he can't be without it. I'm allergic to fruit, so although I eat a lot of vegetables, it can be difficult to get enough fibre at times. Every now and then I need a fibre boost, so this has been perfect! Great value for money. It does exactly as described and even when I showed my GP, they recommended it once they saw the ingredient list.

I was told by my GP to use Fybogel to help with regularity, but after using one box, it became impossible to find, so I ended up giving up and decided to try Metamucil instead. Honestly, it was the best decision ever! It has better taste, better texture and works a charm. So much better than Fybogel.

Please slowly build this into your diet, start off with 1g, once you’re okay with that, add another gram, and repeat until you’re at the recommended dosage. This has been a huge help to my stomach once I built it up, I’m now able to eat foods that I haven’t been able to eat for a while. I don’t feel as much discomfort, and everything flows as expected. I’d buy again, I just suggest to new starters to build it up gram by gram

Really works

The big chunky tub lulled me into a false sense of security. Sure it was expensive, but given the size I thought it would last a long time... it doesn't. I've been going through it at an alarming speed and I've not even been matching the recommended dose and still it quickly disappears.I'm torn because this really is a great product and something I want to continue with but at £360-£400 a year for a supplement I'll be looking for cheaper alternatives

This product is FANTASTIC! I've been using it for 2 days now and it works more ore less immediately. I had stopped smoking and recently stopped drinking as well, my system was all upside down and I was suffering terrible constipation, I tried all the normal laxatives, but none of them worked, and I was thinking of drinking again just to get rid of the constipation which is so uncomfortable. Then I read the reviews about this product and decided to give it a go, and I am so pleased I did, I love it, love it, love it!! What I also love about it is its full of fibre, the taste is great and I feel I am putting a lot of goodness into my body. I will continue to use this product indefinitely and I am curious to find out if my cholesterol has lowered, will find that out in a month or so.
