Paper Airplane Fold-a-Day 2018 Calendar

Like the review earlier, the box was miss-handled and had to be taped up and repaired (the box is the stand that the calendar sits in. Hense the 4 stars.Otherwise it is a fine and "aggravating" gift. I received one several years ago and you have to keep up with it every day because the instructions are on the next days calendar. I actually bought one this year for a friend just to have a constant annoyance (although entertaining also) for him through out the year.

I really like this calendar. I keep it on my desk at work, which is now covered in paper airplanes.My only concern is with the alignment of the designs on the paper. They are not centered vertically or horizontally, which can lead to problems with the design lining up with folds, or keeping the folds symmetrical. Some of the more detailed designs include printed lines where you are supposed to make folds, but since the alignment is off, its impossible to fold symmetrically, and follow the lines.

I bought this for my 7 year old for xmas. He loves the idea and making all new planes. Its definitely not something he can create on his own and its even a bit hard for me to figure out some of the folds, but so far we have created almost a month's worth. Most of the planes are nice looks wise but are not impressive flying wise. Overall I still think its a fun product!

Purchased 5 of these total, 4 given as gifts. All received in great condition and quality control is consistent. The design are all different, which keeps it interesting. Though, the instructions are sometimes hard to follow. I have several where I could not figure out what the instructions were going for and I just gave up and made something else. Still, a challenge and a lot of fun.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my deployed husband. He was quite a hit amongst his coworkers. They patiently waited for a new fold and design each day. It was also a huge help in counting down the days until he came home again.

My 11 year old son is really into making paper airplanes. We bought him this calendar for Christmas and he looks forward to making each new version every day. He loves it!

My co-worker loves these, she has them all over her desk! I love how colorful and different each plane is! So much fun!

When the product arrived, it had already been opened. The box was torn such that the box could not be folded into the calendar holder as instructed on the interior. I had to tape up the box to get it to function. The calendar itself is fine, just the quality control is clearly lacking. Without the box to hold the calendar, it is essentially just a stack of paper.

A fun little time sponge.Artwork and fold lines are not centred properly on paper so they only work as a rough guideline, so far even with a lot of time spent carefully folding there have only been two decent flyers (six planes in).Maybe not the products fault, but jostling during transit causes some of the edges to become bent which makes the process harder.
