Wilton Flour Sifter - Baking Supplies

I read a lot of reviews on here before I purchased it. Was nervous originally because some had said it wasn't sturdy or the turny thing breaks off easily.I am glad I listened to the other reviews and bought it though! It is pretty sturdy for what I have used it for (rice flour/not wheat flower) but what I have found is if you move the little lever thing back and forth as apposed to turning it 360 then the lever doesn't come off as easy or just make sure it is pushed in really tight and it will not come out that way either. Just use caution when removing it or it could break.I do not store anything in the bottom lid part thingy but I will at times leave the lid on, sift, then slightly open it when I need to gradually mix in flour while mixing it in. Seal on the bottom lid and the top lid are both secure. I've even shaken it to see if I could get stuff to come out. It didn't.I do not have a dishwasher but my kid says it's easy to wash (I cook, so kid does dishes). Likes playing with it in the water 😂 So maybe your kid, or the kid at heart will enjoy that part to lol.Overall I do give it 5 stars but with awareness to use it gently/not rough and pay attention to what you're doing when using it. I would definitely buy this product again.

This revolutionized my sifting experience! I had an old metal hand squeeze sifter from my mom that broke, so I needed another. This was so easy and fast! Why didn’t I switch sooner?? Highly recommend. The handle can be flipped for right or left handed siftersEasy to clean, but don’t put it in the dishwasher. The heat warps it. (I found this out the hard way). But even with the warp, it still sifts perfectly, but the lids don’t fit anymore.

Muy buena herramienta se la compre a mi esposa le ha servido bastante de hecho deja la harina según ella bien delgada por lo que puede usarse para mas postres de los que tenia planeado un poco incomoda para los que son zurdos pero se le puede cambiar el lado a la palanca para tener mejor agarre fácil de limpiar y no se tapa con la harina.

EXCELENTE, súper práctico e higiénico por sus tapas, muy suave.

I got this so my 9 year old could use it when she bakes. The one we had was to difficult for her. It’s really easy to use so it’s perfect for her and it’s easy to clean. My only negative it that the handle is removable . My daughter finds It slips off sometimes when using. And I’m also worried about losing the handle as it’s not attached. Otherwise a terrific product
