These are surprisingly heavy, like a weighted blanket or something. That's a good thing because it keeps them pretty much in place. The fabric is nice and soft and kind of slinky which is great when there's no humidity but on a damp day doesn't feel too nice. So I usually put a layer of fabric between them and my skin. Yes, they're good for head and neck pain but I pulled my biceps one day and these were GREAT for icing that injury. Just put your arm through the beanie one and pull it up like a sleeve. It covers my entire shoulder and underarm. They do cool off pretty quickly but they're amazingly cold. You're only supposed to ice for 10 minutes at a time so it's kind of a safety mechanism :D Would be a great gift for those on your sporty/clumsy list.

This has been such a lifesaver when a migraine hits. For me the heat option has been more helpful. Smelled a little funny out of the box but after some time the smell has gone away. Decent quality for the price. I’m fairly small (5’2”) and this is a little big but that is too be expected. I wear laying in bed anyways so fit doesn’t matter a ton. Moves a little bit of you move too much. Color as described (if that matters to you).

I absolutely hands down love this product! I keep it in the freezer and use it when I have a headache, am stressed, or just need to cool down. It helps my eyes, neck, and sinuses relax. I haven't tried the heat aspect, but that sounds nice in the winter! Great quality, with a nice bag and box to fit in freezer without absorbing odors.

I've bought two packages of these for after my C1-C2 fusion surgery. They have a nasty chemical like smell for the first several uses, but it eventually calms down the more you use them. That's why I gave it 4 stars. Otherwise, I love these things!! They are very comfortable, which was of great relief on my neck/head incision. I used it with ice the first several days, but when I could finally transition to heat, it was heavenly for the extreme muscle spasms! It keeps cold for about 20-30 minutes. And the heat lasts a lot longer. I needed to use a towel to wrap it when hot so I didn't burn myself, but it made me feel very cozy and helped me fall asleep. I really like the head cap, as it's a bit tighter than some other brands, and the pressure feels amazing with the cold! It works great for easing migraines! It doesn't always completely get rid of my migraines, but it at least makes them more tolerable. The neck wrap Velcro is extremely sticky and can be hard to pull part, but you can be sure it ain't going nowhere! The Velcro does have sharp edges though, which I don't really care for, but I just try to keep it away from my skin so I don't accidentally scratch myself.

I like the fact it’s a little tight. Actually I wish it was just a tab bit tighter. Love the Cold / Hot options. I get headaches quite frequently, Sometimes the cold makes my head hurt more, so I just switch it to heat. I really am liking this product!

It’s very nice and good quality but at first it’s to tight but with time it loosens up specially in the eyes area that’s the only thing that I didn’t like it bc it won’t touch that’s area since it’s loose there but overall it’s pretty’s good and I did like it and enjoy using it

This product is amazing. I am am suffering from the worst migraine of my life and was just released from the hospital to rehab. This has helped me so much! It's comfortable and easy to use. I would recommend to anyonethat suffers from migraines.
