USN Creatine X4 Lean Muscle and Strength Capsules, Tub of 120

Excellent product, have used creatine ethyl ester for many years and this is one of the top 5, the only downside is the capsules are quite big and hard to swollow, i have been emptying the powder out of the capsules (easy to open) and have been adding them to my pre workout drink (superpump max) and they have been mixing really well and i havent had any stomach pains or any side effects off them at all.

I believe this works, i stack it with other supplements on workout days. I thought i'd try capsules for the convenience. You have to take 5 capsules 30 mins before workout, which in itself looks a little suspect in the office. The capsules themselves are huge and difficult to swallow, especially as the air contained in them makes them float, so as you tip your head back with a mouthfull of water they float to the front of your mouth and you end up nearly dry swallowing them, which isnt that comfortable. powder is much easier to consume, dont be lazy, just carry a tub and mix it in your shake.

Great supplement bein using since start of year

Been doing weights for 30 years without using steroids. At 68 years old I found , it's the best supplement I've ever used. Does what it says on the can. I'm still pushing out the best weights I've ever done,

Works well good results if you train hard no side effects

Please check that the strength written in the bottle was not the same delivered to me, the strength of the glycine component is 1300 mg, the one I received was 700mg, so don't advertise the wrong product is a lack of respect for the customer.

Not happy about the time of delivery...to late

Not the best creatine tablets I have tried. Once your using them you feel 10 times stronger, does give you a controlled balance when training but once you stop taking them your body feels weaker. Does what it says on the tin but not the best!!
