Very easy to set up and use once you've got the app going and it can guide you through different phases and when is the best time to conceive. Much more detailed than other ones we've tried.

I know how long it can take to get pregnant and considering my age it's not as easy as it would have been just a few years ago. Monitoring my cycle and fertility window are essential. I've never been the type to monitor my cycle as I have been on birth control most of my adult life and my birth control eliminated my periods all together. I first started with the basal temperature method but found it hard to remember to take my temperature before getting out of bed. That was the reason I decided to try ovulation tests instead but they don't give me an exact date of ovulation therefore the digital fertility test seemed like my best bet. I found this fertility tester to be very helpful in tracking all the necessary information. I like the fact that I just need to follow its instructions to test when I'm told. I don't have to try to analyze any tests or figure out anything. The device does it all for me. It took me a little while to memorize what and where everything was. Some people aren't comfortable with gadgets or have a hard time following directions so there may be a bit of a learning curve for them. At that point the hardest thing is remembering how to insert the tests strips into the device correctly. If you're trying to conceive and having a difficult time doing so I think this device is a great option. It is on the pricier side however it's a small price to pay if it helps you get pregnant. I would definitely recommend this device to anyone trying to conceive. I just hope the manufacturer offers coupons or discounts as an incentive for those on the fence.

Seems accurate, easy to use

I had already been using the Femometer app in our journey to conceive when I started using this kit. I have always used the free version and never subscribed as I am already paying for a different tracking app. I found the app useful and easy to use, for tracking basal body temperature and ovulation.I have found using ovulation test strips a bit hit and miss previously. I felt like I would test every day and never get a really strong positive result. This kit has made it easier to test and feel confident in the results, and because it connects to the app via Bluetooth, it’s easy to record and track results.It comes with 15 strips, which in reality isn’t a lot and a few more included would be nice. Even with a fairly regular cycle I used those within 2 months, testing once or twice a day during my fertile window. I was pleased with the results - it was much clearer than trying to read the results from the test strips and the peak times coincided with what I was expecting from my basal body temperature tracking too, which made me feel confident it was working.The kit feels high quality and comes with a little storage bag which is handy to keep in the bathroom.I have found there are many, many ways you can spend money during your journey trying to conceive. It can also become a bit of an obsession, and not always in the healthiest way, so whilst I feel confident in recommending this kit, it’s not the be all and end all to conception, just another tool to help you.Edit - just to add, this product didn’t come inside another box, it was delivered with the address label stuck directly to the plastic wrapper. Personally I think with something quite personal like this, some outer packaging would be appreciated!

Is a digital ovulation kit necessary? We were intrigued to find out as this kit looked like a great help to understand ovulation in a journey to get pregnant.The kit comes with a digital tester, battery and 15 tests, and urine pot. You use a test, plug it into the pink tester, dip it and the tester will give you a digital reading. The bleeping is discreet but effective to signal the tester is active, and it shows results efficiently. There is also an app you can download in conjunction with the testing kit, in which you log cycle data and your test results to help notice patterns and optimum times to conceive. This is helpful, however a bit off putting how it tries to make you subscribe to a premium offer at the moment of sign up. I personally use other apps for this purpose already, so I’ll just be using the testing kits. After the 15 tests are used, I’m not sure how we will get more but we’ll look into this as and when required. In reality ovulation tests are ready available so there are alternatives to this that I assume give the same results as decent the same hormone, so it might not be an essential part of your journey but I guess it can help with the digital testing and supporting app.

My wife tested this product for an entire cycle, (unfortunately I was working away during the peak fertile days.) But she showed me the entire operation in preparation for this months cycle. The operation is simple enough, download the app, and then female urine is used to test PH levels which can then determine the optimum fertility days.Using the sticks to test urine and then place the stick into the Bluetooth device, this data is analysed and passed to the app for interpretation. The app claims 99.7 percent accurate and I have no reason to doubt the science.Recommended.
