Two Old GoatsFoot Balm Lotion, 4 oz (3183452)

Started a new job lots of walking my post pandemic feet and legs weren’t ready for this.Two Goats is a daily routine along with compression socks and new shoes it took a little bit but much better.

This balm has been a God send for me. If I sleep wrong I can wake up barely able to move my leg due to my arthritic knee. Kept on my nightstand, I grab this and rub it into my knee and the stiffness and pain relief is instantaneous. The relief will last all day too!

So this balm is suppose to be a foot balm, yes.. it is.. but it's SO GOOD for other things, if you are having a flair up, have someone rub this on your back, or rub it on your hands or feet for the pins and needles pain you get.. it works, the smell is a bit strong, but it's sweet, it's a little like tiger balm but more lavender and chamomile than eucalyptus. It's a little greasy, but it's not unmanageable. This is something I will keep in my "bag of tricks" for sure.

A friend recommend this to me, and it really helps with pain, just apply it to the affected area and you will feel relief.

I have not found most natural or homeopathic products very helpful. I have Fibromyalgia and Restless Leg Syndrome. This product does not take away my pain but it does help. Takes a bit of the edge off. I find that it also helps when rubbed on my legs with my RLS. The smell is slight and pleasant. I do not like strong smelling products. It is easy to rub in and not greasy. I have used the lotion as well but I like the consistency of this better. Consistency is similar to cold cream. The lotion is runnier. I know that not every product works for everyone but I would recommend giving this one a try.

The foot balm is the exact same thing as the lotion, just thicker. I sent this to my 90 year old mother because she has macular degeneration and can't see very well. I thought she would be able to feel how much she was getting from this jar, rather than trying to pour out the right amount of lotion from the bottle. My theory seems to work and she has enjoyed the benefits of the product. There are times that I like the thicker product better than the lotion, too I have both, plus the body wash and the bar soap!

Love the Two Old Goats products! Been using them for years and when I tried the foot balm, I was thrilled beyond belief. It is soothing, relaxes foot muscles, nice scent, not too strong, and blends into skin well. I find the best results are when I take a shower, scrub feet with a loofah or foot brush, then after shower, I put on foot balm and cover up with socks, wearing them all night long. When I take off the socks in the morning, my feet feel great, are relaxed, soft, smooth and feel energized. Its a combination product - smoothing and soothing. Highly recommend this product.

I was skeptical that this would work. After all, it's just a topical product. However, I couldn't be happier with it! I first used it on my feet, they were really hurting that day. I have arthritis in my right ankle from cheerleading injuries that wasn't bothering me when I put the lotion on my right foot. About 5 minutes after applying the lotion I noticed my ankle hurting. The lotion worked so well on my feet that I noticed other pain I was having that I hadn't even realized I had!! I rubbed the lotion on my ankle and viola! No more ankle pain. Not even anti-inflammatory medications do that good of a job for me. New lifetime customer here!
