I love this for my dish soap! The tray is perfect for the sponge and it isn’t too big to take up so much space on my sink. So easy to use, barely a pump, and we get enough soap on the sponge to wash the dishes. Definitely feel like this saves us money, as we don’t overuse the dish soap anymore, and keeps my sponge dry when not in use. Very functional and easy to clean, holds up very well to everyday use! Love Simple Human Products!

This is an excellant product. I was visiting a relative who had this particular one. It worked great, it dispenced enough soap, and it looks nice. I couldn't wait to get hone to order one for myself.

The product is well made, I currently have two, one for dish soap and hand soap. one of them the pump started to fail in three months, I sent a message to the manufacturer and they were very responsible in sending me another replacement. I have the 22oz. and it is a sufficient amount for an entire month. I love using their hand soap as well, since it doesn’t dry my hands. Totally recommended!!

This is my second one. After 5 years, the pump was really messy and not working properly. We needed another one. I originally used one at a friends house. It was clean looking and used less soap than previous method. Kinda pricey but every 5 years using daily is a good purchase. Btw- the second one, had pump problem and it didn’t work so I returned it for replacement. This one works great.

Let’s start with the positive points. Size: Awesome! I won’t have to fill it up every week like my current dish soap dispenser. Will hold a large amount of dish soap! That’s wonderful! Pump: functionality is easy, one handed! Yes! Love this. Sample: a citrus sample of their dish soap was a pleasant surprise. Definitely will try it. Love citrus soaps. Looks: my friend has this dispenser and ever since I noticed it a few years ago I have wanted ions just like it. Very happy they still make it. It’s gorgeous! I do feel it’s was a bit pricey, but reviews have said they’ve had them for 15 years! Is that true? If so than yes it’s a great price. Now for the reason I took one star away. I could not budge the top at all, I tried and tried and even contacted my friend on how to take the top off because I thought I must be doing something wrong. I didn’t want to break it, but for all I knew it was already broken. She confirmed I was trying to remove the correct piece- the round piece at the top. When my hubby got home I asked him to get the top off. He literally used all his strength. I told him don’t worry about breaking it at this point. Because something has to be wrong with it. Finally it opened! No weird cracking sound, it finally just opened. I was relieved it didn’t break. Now an hour later it’s open and it opens and closes just fine. It was stuck, but we don’t know why. Now what if I was living alone? How would have I been able to get that top off? Quality Control should really be looking into this. All is good now, but that top was stuck. Not happy I wasted an hour of my life trying everything I could think of to get the top off.

I've had several soap dispensers but this was the best in appearance and function. When you pump the handle it gives an adequate amount of soap. Previous ones gave too little soap, even after several pumps. Others with nickel finish on the base left a rust spot on the sink. The base on this one is glass. Excellent product.

UPDATE: I received a "NEW" replacement for the first one I received that was clearly used, badly scratched and broken. The new one is lovely. BUT, I HAVE TRIED FOR 20 MINUTES NOW TO OPEN IT UP...WITHOUT SUCCESS. NOTE: I read others having problems opening and closing these. At the time I thought, it's not so hard once you get the feel of it. I have THREE of these that I've purchased over the last several years. ALL STILL LOOK and WORK GREAT. THEY were a little difficult to get used to opening. But, after I got the hang of it, ALL 3 open and close fairly easily. BUT THIS NEW ONE MUST BE CEMENTED TOGETHER. I have tried: 1) Pushing Down much harder while I turn; 2) putting in frig to cool it down hoping it will contract; 3 )running hot water over it. I haven't tried trying to spray silicone as the connection is too tight to allow any to the screw in part. PREVIOUS REVIEW: When I opened and filled this "NEW" Dispenser with liquid soap, then closed it, I then noticed that THERE WERE SCRATCHES ALL OVER the Aluminum areas. this was CLEARLY A RETURNED AND DEFECTIVE "NEW" ITEM. When I opened the top to pour out my soap I just put in, the WHOLE TOP FELL APART!!!!! NO ONE PACKAGING THIS COULD HAVE POSSIBLY NOT KNOWN IT WAS 'USED and DEFECTIVE"

The single best thing i thought i ever purchase for my place was a 3 containers soap dispenser for the shower by Simple Human. So i hesitated a lot before purchasing it... thinking i can get a free hand soap dispenser when i purchase soap. I thought this item was expensive... a lot. So this is my appreciation. The dispenser it very stable. The mechanism is smooth and very precise. The amount of soap is perfect. The base is removable (it is not even necessary in my opinion). It is bigger than i thought and contains a ton of soap so it will take forever before you refill it. cons: price, tough to open, may look bulky for some
