You got a 4 because the tablet is too big for the hole on top to come out of with ease, but otherwise, well done.

Having been advised by my doctor to take vitamin D I purchased these. They are very big and not easy to swallow.I have never had problems swallowing pills and tablets butI really struggle with these. Sorry to give negative comments- perhaps the manufacturer could halve the size and double the dose.

These work very well and give me the energy to not have caffeine all the time. Expensive for having to take these for the a long time.

Very huge tablet, almost choked swolling it. Not at all safe to swallow suck a big uncomfortable tablet.

Noticed my joints are not so noisy

Had to smash plastic top to get tablets out.Does not matter how good they are if you can't get to them.
