Xbox One S 500GB Console - Assassin's Creed Origins Bundle (Xbox One)

Microsoft really take the mick. I bought my Xbox one s and it came with a faulty controller (The jack for the headset didn't work) after spending over six hours with three different support advisors who blamed it on the headset and the adapter from tritton who they endorse as official xbox hardware and telling me to contact them. I bought another headset and that didn't work either. Both headsets work fine on other audio outlets. So it's safe to assume it's the jack on the controller that is faulty.I have spent two months unable to party chat with friends gaming online. Now Microsoft are telling me I have to send them my controller to them, wait for them to recieve it then wait three weeks for them to send out another controller. I only have one controller so for three weeks my Xbox would be useless. After six hours on support chat they said they might be able send me one before they receive mine (very good of them) and they'd let me know if this was possible. That was three days ago and I just received an email saying there's a problem with that request and they'll notify me shortly.What a load of $#@@.I'll never buy anything from Microsoft again and wish I'd got the PlayStation 4.One star and it doesn't deserve that. Probably costs them 50p for them to make a controller but they are still holding out hoping I'll spend £40 or whatever stupid price they cost.Microsoft sucks big-time.Update..Amazon done in 10 minutes what Microsoft couldn't do in weeks. They are letting me return the Xbox one for a full refund with quick I'll purchase the PlayStation 4 from a company that treats it's customers fairly and with respect. Cheers Amazon. Jolly poor show Microsoft.

Great device as good as if not better than the PS4. Kids wanted this over PS4 as their mates all have xbox. Too many settings and passwords to get going on it though. Kids playing Assasins Creed on it as I’m writing this with Cat 7 networking newly installed. #happyteenagers #nomorewificompaints

Very pleased with this xbox, runs slightly louder than my original xbox though.
