Solid lightsaber
It is extendable, handle and blade are good quality for the price. Lights are a bit dim, its sound effects are nice and loud. Overall worth the money.

Great toy for the kids
My son loved this for his birthday, it lights up and makes sounds. It looks quite fragile though so not for the use of play fighting

Sturdy, but noisy
The design is sturdy and fun to play with (but not for too long). When turned on it makes a constant noise, a bit like a helicopter flying overhead. There are different sound effects when you make contact while play fighting, this is quite cool. The constant background noise does however limit play to a few minutes.

Tears before bedtime
The saber arrived within the time frame stated, and for the price looks the part. They are not as sturdy as I thought they would be, In the product video you see 2 kids "dueling" with them, but there is a leaflet in the box with a warning that the saber should not be hit or struck off anything as this will cause it it to break. ???when young kids see this in the video, they are inevitably doing to start whacking everything in sight. It might be a good idea to put this warning in the video, on the product description, or edit the video accordingly.
