One of the better supplements
Lost about 3 stone in 4 months through cycling and a good diet. Kind of hit a brick wall and cant seem to loose anymore no matter how well I eat or exercise (usually 2hrs cycling and 1hr gym time a day).Started on these last week and seem to be helping my drop the weight again. Half a stone in a week so far.If your going to take stuff like this, you still need to work for it and cut the crap out of your diet.But they defiantly help. Seem better than the T5s I had before.Cutting the booze for a while is another thing to consider.Just drink water, water and more water!

It’s a yes from me!
These are amazing, this is the first product of its kind that I’ve tired and to say it I was energised is an understatement! I got so much done and slept well too. Win win!! It’s a yes from me!

My Energy levels have heightened
Although I have only recently started with this product in the last few days I must say I am loving it. At the moment I am only taking one tablet per day but have found that my energy levels have improved on a massive scale and all though I person ly haven't noticed any weight lose (to be fair I wasn't expecting to so soon) I have had a few people mention that I have. I am aware that all people are different and what works for one may not work for another. At the moment it seems to be working for me and will buy again when I come to the end of the pack I recently purchased. Very pleased so far

Does nothing
Does nothing. I took this to burst my energy, but recommended 2 pills in the morning and one late was able to give me any extra energy. Shall I say that it does no difference for my weight to? I am now on the Plato and wanted to give it a lift, but apparently chose a wrong product. First two days experienced headaches, but can't be sure it is pills.

Works for me
These have been working for me with the added Urban Fuel Caffeine Tablets all helps and is getting me fit and losing a lot of weight

10lbs in 10 days
I know everybody is different, but I've lost 10lbs in 10 days with these tablets, (and I'm not good at dieting so I've 2 cheat days) I will defo be ordering these again once my supply runs out :)

Good Value for Money
I just started to use the product, I am happy with it so far. It is good to control your hunger pains.
