Arrived very quickly and well packaged. Sturdy. good clip to shut and open case, looks great. And what a great price. Thank you.. Holds 8 SD cards cards and 8 micro SD Cards. If you use the finger nail cut out to lift the SD Card out then you do touch the metal contacts which is not a good idea and should be redesigned but you can be careful or lift out from the side. The pictures accurately showed the item I received.

Really good case and should last for a while

Nice finish and tactile to hold. Slips in an out of pockets nicelt with its smooth edges. It doesn't quite get five stars because the inserts don't grip the SD cards firmly so when you open it a card is often loose and slips of the case.

. I wanted a case to store my cards in at home, although I think it would be fine to carry out with you as well as it is sturdy. It is extra useful, as in addition to the 8 spaces for standard SD cards there are also 8 recesses for micro cards - double the use. The cards fit well. The catch is a "press in" plastic one which seems to work well. All in all a good buy, and does exactly what I needed.

well made ,very sturdy ,but not aluminium ,but would need some type of magnetic screening I think there is metal foil under the plastic case, so the SD etc cards would not be wiped out going through security XRAY etc, there are similar cases for bank cards ,so I would think there is some form of screening with its design All in all ,happy with the product ,Cheers.

Keeps the cards clean & functions adequately. Value for money item.

The case was ordered between Christmas and New Year, and arrived quite promptly on 4th January - first postal day after the holidays. It came with another item (a camera case, ordered at the same time) in a normal bubble type envelope, the case itself was in a small white cardboard box and a plastic bag insert, so I would say that the packaging was quite adequate.The first thing to point out, is that the case is NOT aluminium, as described - it is a hard plastic, made to appear to be a metallic type of finish. So, If you are specifically looking for a real aluminium case, look elsewhere. This is why I have rated the item as three stars, and not higher. However, as with most things, you tend to get what you pay for, and as this cost all of £2.99, it is not exactly going to break the bank!The case opens with a plastic push-in button on one side, and this doesn't seem very strong, but functions perfectly well. It is hinged along the other longest side, and seems perfectly fine - of course, only time will tell, not that it's going to be a heavily used item, as I am just a hobby camera user and bought this to keep a small store of SDHC cards safe. I would say that it's going to serve that purpose well. The slots for the cards are fine, no issues with fit, the cards simply slot into one of the 8 spaces, and don't require to be clipped in, or neither do they have to be in any kind of carrying case like the plastic ones you can buy.I am not very certain that the case would be waterproof. Certainly it looks splash resistant, as after all, it is plastic, and it does have a seal around the body of the case. However, I would say that the seal is more to keep dust out, and the case should certainly not be submerged in water. As I certainly don't intend to test this deliberately, or use it in demanding conditions, it's not a big issue for me, but I would say that if you specifically need something that is actually waterproof, buy something else.The main thing of course that is most disappointing, is finding that I ordered something that I believed (from the seller's item description) was an aluminium case, and have actually been sent something else - a plastic case. That fairly significant fact means I can't rate the case at higher than 3 stars. I would add that, for a budget priced case, it's certainly sturdy, and will be fine for keeping my SDHC cards stored away. I would not buy another one if an aluminium case was specifically needed or wanted, for example to give someone as a gift. Nevertheless, I would still say that for an amateur photographer to store cards, it's a very acceptable case. If it's just for myself, I would probably buy another one, as quite honestly the price is right and I don't need something more suited to a professional and more demanding user.So, to sum up, a budget priced item that was delivered promptly. Had it actually been aluminium as the description states, I would have rated it higher, but it is plastic, hence only three stars. It seems perfectly functional for someone who simply wants a budget priced case for SDHC and similar type cards, and I am quite happy with it in this regard.

I already have one of these cases and wanted some more. They are excellent for storing my SD camera cards, neat, simple and quite slim. Perfect. Unlike some cases which are either SD or micro cards with this case you can store micro cards underneath the SD cards, in theory 8 SD and 8 micro cards although I don't use micro cards so can't confirm this
