The page is wrong! Citrate only exists in 12-16.5% form so the most elemental magnesium you would get from this per serving is 66mg. So you would need almost 6 tablets just to get your RDA of magnesium. ALSO; it contains titanium dioxide which has been found to be dangerous to human health, it is banned in France!

Could someone please give an ingredients list? Someone said it has titanium inside it?

The ingredients are Magnesium citrate. Bulking agents: microcrystyaline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, cellulose gum. Anti-Caking agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate. Glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose. Colour: titanium dioxide. Vegetable glycerin.

why does it contain.. titanium dioxide .a Group 2B carcinogen.. !!! please explain ?? Nutravita also mag citrate is more pure, uk made, vegan.

Titanium dioxide is used widely to make foodstuffs white. It's used in toothpaste and many pills, for example, and I think you would need to ingest a vast quantity to put yourself at any risk. Try not to worry about this. I'm not a physician, but a retired biochemist. I take this stuff for heart rhythm maintenance.
