This Works Sleep Plus Pillow Spray, 75 ml

First things first, this spray smells gorgeous. It smells strongly of lavender with an undertone of some other woody scent. I love it. I used this on my quest to find something to help me sleep after months of insomnia - my cousin recommended this and I bought it the same day. I sprayed it onto my pillow and along the line of where I usually sleep in the bed as the spray claims to be activated by movement as you sleep. I did actually fall asleep within 20 minutes of going to bed, which is unheard of for me - and the next night I also fell asleep and stayed asleep longer than usual. However last night I had a very disturbed night after almost 3 hours of lying awake at the beginning of the night. So yes, I believe the spray does certainly help...but not 100% of the time. However, I have only only had it for a few days so maybe it improves over time.

I have suffered from insomnia regularly for years. To date I’ve tried breathing techniques and Rescue Sleep, which helped me to get to sleep. The problem is I wake up about 2am then can’t sleep and am restless all night. My brother told me about this product which he’d used as complimentary products in some hotels. After researching I decided on Sleep Plus rather than Deep Sleep. Tried last night for the first time and was amazed by the results. I went to sleep quickly and although I still woke up a coupke of times, rather than lying awake for hours, I went straight back to sleep and woke up feeling refreshed for the first time in a long time! It’s a lovely scent too - like that of an expensive spa! While there are some negarive reviews, this is definetly worth trying if like me you are suffering from a lack of sleep, everyone’s different but fir me This Works really does!

Smells amazing. Lovely peppery lavender scent. I purchased based on a recommendation of a friend who swears by this stuff. I'm not convinced its a magic sleep enabler but it's definitely relaxing and soothing. I would have been happier if the bottle was twice this size. It's very expensive. There are other equally good products out there for less money.

Very happy with supplier - arrived in 2 days and well packaged. I bought the spray as I was waking up frequently in the night and finding it difficult to get back to sleep...when the alarm went off I felt frazzled. Since using the spray, I have drifted into a much deeper sleep and if I do wake up, go straight back to sleep again. I wake up feeling more refreshed. One side effect seems to be very vivid dreams...but I am not complaining!

This has helped no end and I love the scent. But the bottle leaks and for the money it really shouldn't!!

I was recommended this by my sister, who had been using it fro a while. I wasn't too sure, but on using it now, I believe that it's helped my sleep quality. it won't drastically change your sleep (getting to, or staying asleep - you need meditation or a prescription for that). Where it's worked, is helping to 'trick' my brain that when this scent is around me, that its time for bed and sleep. The fact that it smells really nice too helps :)

I bought the classic pillow spray before and loved it. This one I love even more, it’s easy to use, smells great and I’ve seen an improvement in my sleep since purchasing it. You also only need to use a couple sprays which makes it last.

Iv not been sleeping for sometime and a friend recommended trying this and thought I would as I didn’t want to use sleeping pills so I give this ago and the first night I used it I slept all night. So it’s really worth giving it ago , I would buy this again 😁 best night sleep in a long time 😁

I used to take melatonin to relax and fall asleep. The scent is so relaxing that I fall asleep in probably 10 minutes. Just a few sprays on the pillow and top sheet is all it takes.

Hier ist der Geruch intensiver. Gutes Produkt nur etwas teurer dafür.
