Worked really well on my honey bottling
The bottling machine was pretty easy to assemble. Learning to use it, took a while. The machine is very precise but not very accurate. The density of honey varies due to moisture, pollen, and wax content vary. You can pretty much ignore the preset weights of 100, 500, 1000, and 10,000 grams. Start off bottling water to get the idea. This cleans the machine, anyway. There is no correlation between 500 grams of water and 500 grams of honey, what the machine thinks it delivers. That being said, the bottling machine will precisely deliver what it thinks are 500 grams into each bottle. You need to sort of adjust the fill amounts until your bottle is filled to your line. Record the weight the machine is at when your bottle is full. The machine will then repeat that fill level all day, tomorrow, and next week. As I developed skill adjusting weights to new bottle sizes, it took only a few minutes to figure out how much honey weight (grams) will fill the bottle. You could also manually fill the bottle by setting the weight of the fill to infinity and stopping when it is at level. Remember, the pump motor runs a program slowly accelerating, running, slowly decelerating, stopping, and reversing to prevent drips. The first few bottle may vary due to bubbles which the machine handles very well. Your fill is by weight not duration of pumping. Once I had the five bottle size weights dialed in, the machine worked flawlessly. No drips no overages, no drips running down side of bottle. Oh, to reset the bottle counter you have to turn the machine off and on. I could not find a reset button for bottle count. I don't use it anyway. Automatic was hands free. Watch a bottle fill. Remove the bottle. Replace with an empty bottle. The machine automatically starts to fill the next bottle. Cleanout also went very easy. There is a reverse to pump honey back into the bucket to save honey. Switch buckets and flush with water. Disconnect the hoses and wash in the sink. 5 minute cleanup. I used a wire to hold the hoses which were a little short but enough for me. You could buy your own hoses if you need longer ones. I am very happy with this purchase.

Does not work consistently
The pump does not always work and when you get the product the instructions seemed like someone printed them when the ink was running out. Very bad. Paid all this money for the unit and horrible printed instructions. On top of all this, the instructions tell you that it will not give you accurate reading. Every bottle I filled gave different readings despite following every instruction to the "T".Save your money, don't waste it on this product. WAY OVER PRICED!!!!Very cheaply made as well!Buy a much cheaper one, you'll be more impressed.

Actually works once primed with syringe
Really impressed.Versus ordering from China, these units on Amazon actually seem more well built and work fine.Unsure about replacement parts, I will need more hoses and want spare lobes for the pump sooner or later.Clean In place is relatively simple, loop warm water a few times then soapy and one last water rinse to finish off. It's slow if filling under 2oz, above that it really picks up speed in filling versus piston machines.

Does not pump
There is no suction even with the tube full of honey.
