I'm obsessed with this! I was a barista for a year and a half and have been contemplating getting an espresso maker ever since, but with the steep cost and horror stories of how often they can break I just couldn't do it. I saw this and decided to try it.It's so simple to use! The design makes it very straightforward, measuring is easy because they include a scoop and an easy way to see how much water you're adding straight from your regular mug. You push buttons and let it do the rest. You don't have to babysit it or mess with getting a good foaming technique.The brew is strong enough that it tastes great for lattes, what an awesome alternative to espresso! The frother has worked great on real milk and oat milk for me. The frother is great for non-coffee drinks too. I make my son chai tea lattes from a powdered mix as well. I just froth the milk, pour about half into the cup and stir, and then pour the rest in to ensure I don't ruin all the froth with my stirring.It's also easy to clean. I love the reusable filter basket too. No more needing to buy paper filters, but also no more worrying about them bending and letting grounds into my brew which I HATE!This is easy and the results are great. It doesn't take up tons of space, especially for how much it does. I recommend it!

The appliance comes with a USA plug but also has a high wattage of 1800. To use you would need a transformer and they’re so big and bulky, plus expensive. I’m gutted that I have to return it.

I was looking for a product similar to an espresso machine and worth the money, quality. And found this! I also didn't want anything related to a Keurig or using pods, so this product is perfect for me! It makes hot and cold lattes, and cappuccinos. I prefer iced lattes and it makes amazing lattes! The manual discusses frothing and heating inconsistencies based on type of milk used. I use 2% and no issues! I personally like the milk in hot lattes very hot so the frother isn't ideal for very hot milk, but that doesn't bother me since the frother still makes the milk foamy. I put some milk in the microwave to get the desired temperature. Also I use espresso grounds to make my latte, not ground coffee. I love the measuring scoop that is provided as well. Product is easy to clean and I've had this almost two months and no complaints! I've also stopped going to coffee shops for lattes now!!
